A – Pig’s ears or elephant ears

A – Soji is served as a dessert at an Indian Wedding.

 

  1. What is a ragout?

A – A ragout is a thick hearty beef stew.

 

  1. What is a Monte Bianco?

A – It is a traditional Italian recipe for a classic dessert of cooked chestnuts pureed with sugar and salt that is topped with whipped cream and garnished with glazed chestnuts and grated chocolate.

 

  1. What is orzata?

A – Orzata is an almond syrup.

 

  1. What are the main ingredients of a meuniére sauce?

A –Meuniére sauce is a variation on a brown butter sauce with the main ingredients being brown butter, parsley and lemon.

A – Heirloom seed refered to varieties that was commonly grown by previous generations and the seeds must all keep their traits uniformly through open pollination and hybrids are rarely listed as being heirloom.

A – Pickling, also known as brining or corning, is the process of the preserving food in brine (usually vinegar). The result of this preserving method is called a pickle.

    And the Monte Bianco sounds like something I could actually eat without too much hardship 😉
