One of my friends, who is an avid follower of my blog recently told me that although she loves my recipes, but that she would enjoy my blog even more if I could give her menus for a week. Most importantly she said that she would enjoy it I could say what side dishes she can make with each dish!

She also said that she would love to have a “Shopping List” with each menu! Quite a tall order!

Here is a menu for the first week of March!

I like all of them except that I would prefer something other than couscous with the chalk pops.

LOL, Col. I suppose you don’t like chickpeas?

It is a standing joke that once when I had to do the grocery shopping all I came back with was chickpeas (they were on a very special special)!

You do grocery shopping? Wow, I am impressed, Col. My husband will only do it when I am really sick and only with a list and if one of the children goes with!

Years ago I used to work out meals for a month!! I must admit it was great to only go to the supermarket and butchery once a month, but nowadays I am tooooo lazy, and only do it for a week at a time!
