Baby onion kebab recipe
- 18 baby onions, peeled
- 60ml olive oil
- 60ml balsamic vinegar
- Skewer 3 onions onto a kebab stick and place into a marinating dish.
- Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar together and drizzle over the onion kebabs. Marinade for 15 minutes.
- Braai over medium coals, turning a few times, for approximately 12 minutes or until soft.
